Effects of diagnostic color Doppler ultrasound insonification on protein P53 expression in fetal rats’ kidneys
Objective: To disclose the changes of protein P53 expression in fetal rats’ kidneys when they were insonificated by diagnostic color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS) in the second-trimester. Methods: Pregnant 14 days SD rats were insonificated by diagnostic CDUS?穴Sequoia-512 / transducer 4V1 / H3.0MHz / TI=1.8 / MI=1.6 / and they were divided randomly according to insonification time(10min / 20min / 30min). Control group was sham-insonificated. The fetal rats’ kidneys were resected 24 hours later. HE stain was done for microscopic observing
