摘要

目的:探讨采用超快速并行采集技术及脂肪抑制技术的容积插值屏息扫描检查技术(T1-VIBE-FS-CAIPIRINHA)对胎儿甲状腺应用的可行性。方法:回顾性分析产前超声发现异常要求行MR检查的单胎妊娠胎儿27例,应用T1-VIBE-FS-CAIPIRINHA观察胎儿甲状腺,并进行三维重建后处理观察胎儿甲状腺整体形态。结果:采用T1-VIBE-FS-CAIPIRINHA能清晰显示胎儿甲状腺,三维后处理能显示完整的甲状腺形态。结论:T1-VIBE-FS-CAIPIRINHA可应用于胎儿甲状腺MR成像,对胎儿甲状腺的形态进行评估,对临床及早发现胎儿甲状腺异常有一定帮助。
