摘要

目的:分析亚急性联合变性颈髓的MRI表现特点,提高对该病的认识。方法:收集临床确诊亚急性联合变性累及颈髓的患者5例,回顾性分析其MRI表现,并复习相关临床及文献资料。结果:5例患者MRI均显示颈髓不同程度范围的后?蛐和侧索长T2信号,其颈髓正中矢状位T2加权图像均呈连续束带状异常信号;4例行Gd-DTPA增强扫描,其中2例可见条片状强化。结论:亚急性联合变性的颈髓矢状位束带状改变有比较典型的特点,MRI是诊断该病的重要手段。

Abstract

Objective: To analyse the MR manifestations of subacute combined degeneration of the cervical spinal cord(SCD), and to improve the understanding of SCD. Methods: The findings of MRI were analyzed retrospectively in 5 patients with clinically confirmed SCD. The clinical symptoms were also analyzed. Results: All five cases demonstrated high signal intensity on T2WI in the posterior and/or lateral column of the cervical spinal cord, and ribbon-like high signal intensity along dorsal aspect of the cervical spinal cord on sagittal T2WI. Patchy enhancement were noted in 2 cases. Conclusion: The characteristic appearance of SCD in cervical spinal cord on MRI is very helpful in diagnosis.
