摘要

目的:探讨应用明胶海绵加丝线进行支气管动脉栓塞术(BAE)在大咯血性疾病中的应用价值。方法:本组30例,全部病例采用Seldinger技术经股动脉穿刺插管,根据造影明确出血的供血血管后选择明胶海绵、丝线进行栓塞治疗。结果:30例患者有效率100%,所有病例均经半年以上的随访,4例在半年后复发,再次进行了支气管动脉栓塞治疗。结论:应用明胶海绵加丝线进行BAE治疗大咯血安全有效,只要能充分栓塞供血动脉,可以立即见效。

Abstract

Objective: To study the value of selective bronchial arterial embolization(BAE) for massive hemoptysis with gelatin sponge(GS) and silk thread(ST). Materials and Methods: Thirty patients were performed by Seldinger puncture technique through femoral artery. The arteries supplied the lesion responsible for hemoptysis were confirmed by bronchial arteriography. Then the arteries were embolizated with GS and ST. Results: Successful rate was 100% in 30 patients. All cases were follow up for 6 months or more. But 4 cases recurred within half year and were treated by BAE again. Conclusion: Selective BAE with GS and ST have positive effect and was safe for hemoptysis. As long as all supplying arteries were completely embolized, the effect can be gained immediately.
