摘要

目的：探讨射流紧缩面法定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流的价值。方法：对63例二尖瓣偏心反流患者分别用连续方程法及射流紧缩面法测量二尖瓣反流程度，以连续方程法结果为标准，分析二者的相关性，建立线性回归方程。结果：血流汇聚法与连续方程法的结果之间有明显相关性（r>0.78，P<0.05），并建立了直线回归方程。结论：射流紧缩面法能较为准确地定量二尖瓣偏心反流的程度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the value of the vena contracta(VC) method in quantitative diagnosis of eccentric mitral regurgitation(EMR). Methods: Sixty-three patients with EMR were studied with the continuity equation method and the VC method. And those results were analyzed in their correlation and regression based on the continuity equation method as a “reference standard”. Results: The results of the VC method had been found to have significant correlation(r>0.78, P<0.05) with the results of continuity equation method and been built the regression equations between them. Conclusion: The VC method can accurately quantify the EMR.
