摘要

目的:比较研究正常人体部18F-FDG PET/CT 2D与3D显像各器官的标准化摄取值(SUV)分布。方法:健康体检者40人,按性别、年龄、体重、身高匹配分成两组,每组各20人,分别行18F-FDG PET/CT 2D与3D体部成像。计算各器官SUV,对组间SUV进行比较分析,并对左心室壁放射性分布进行评价分级。结果:2D与3D显像组各器官放射性分布均具有良好的一致性,SUV分布无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2D或3D采集方式对正常人体部18F-FDG显像SUV半定量分析结果无明显影响。

Abstract

Objective: To comparatively study the distribution of SUVs measured by 2D or 3D body imaging with 18F-FDG PET/CT in different organs of normal people. Methods: Forty healthy persons were divided into two groups, which were matched by sex, age, weight and height. 2D and 3D body imagings with 18F-FDG PET/CT were performed in each group respectively. SUVs in different organs were measured and analyzed, and left ventricular walls were also evaluated by the intensity of radioactivity. Results: The distribution of FDG in 2D group had a good correlation with 3D group. There was no statistical difference of SUVs between 2D group and 3D group. Conclusion: There is no distinct effect on SUVs measured by 2D or 3D body imaging with 18F-FDG PET/CT in different organs of normal people.
