摘要
目的：探讨经阴道彩超（TVCDS）对未破裂型输卵管妊娠药物保守治疗的临床应用价值。方法：选择50例生命体征平稳的未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者，在行TVCDS检查后接受甲氨蝶呤（MTX）1mg/kg肌肉注射，利用TVCDS动态监测治疗前后输卵管病变处孕囊或包块二维及彩色多普勒血流变化的情况。结果：本文50例未破裂型输卵管妊娠给予MTX保守治疗6~12周内，异位妊娠包块逐渐缩小至消失43例（86%），未破裂流产型2例（4%）有效，无效5例（10%）。结论：TVCDS可对输卵管妊娠提早做出明确诊断，动态监测输卵管妊娠药物保守治疗、指导临床及时采取有效治疗措施有重要作用，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of the transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS) in conservative treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Method: Fifty women who suffered from unruptured tubal pregnancy were selected to be treated by MTX(1mg/kg) and examined by TVCDS before and after treatment to monitor the alteration of the mass in fallopian tube. Results: Among 6~12 weeks the mass in fallopian tube reduced in 43 women(86%), tubal abortion in 2 women(4%) and inefficacy in 5 women(10%). Conclusion: TVCDS can help to diagnose tubal pregnancy earlier and monitor the alteration of fallopian tube during medical conservative treatment, and guide the further clinical treatment.
