摘要

目的:比较99mTc-MIBI乳腺显像与乳腺钼靶X线照相在乳腺癌诊断中的准确性,以找到一种乳腺癌诊断正确率更高的方法。方法:135例女性乳腺疾病患者术前均行乳腺钼靶X线照相和99mTc-MIBI乳腺显像检查,诊断结果与术后病理结果进行对照。结果:根据与术后病理结果比较99mTc-MIBI乳腺显像检测乳腺肿块的灵敏度93.3%、特异性90.3%、准确性92.6%,钼靶照相检测乳腺癌的灵敏度83.7%、特异性93.5%、准确性85.9%。结论:99mTc-MIBI乳腺显像与乳腺钼靶X线照相诊断乳腺肿块的准确性差异无统计学意义,但联合应用两种方法可以提高诊断乳腺肿块的准确性。

Abstract

Objective: To compare the accurate rate of 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy and molybdenum mammography of the breast and find a more correct method in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: One hundred and thirty-five female patients with breast lesion were enrolled in the study. All patients received molybdenum mammography and 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy examinations. Compared the result of the two methods with pathologic result after operation. Results: Compared with pathologic results, the sensitivity, specificity and accurate rate of 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy and molybdenum target mammography are 93.3%, 90.3%, 92.6% and 83.7%, 93.5%, 85.9%. Conclusions: There was no significant difference between 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy and molybdenum mammography, but combination application of the two methods can enhance the diagnostic accurate rate.
