摘要

目的:探讨骨肿瘤的三维彩色多普勒能量图(3D-CDE)特点及其对良恶性骨肿瘤的鉴别诊断意义。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对56例骨肿瘤进行检查,对其3D-CDE表现与病理结果进行对照分析。结果:超声检查发现并获得病理结果的骨肿瘤56例,其中良性29例,恶性27例。3D-CDE表现:良性组以无血流型为主,占82.8%(24/29),恶性组以多血流型为主,占77.8%(21/27),内部可见走行迂曲不规则的血管。结论:3D-CDE超声表现特点有助于骨肿瘤病变的良恶性鉴别,可直观地判断病变的血流丰富程度。

Abstract

Objective: To study the diagnostic value of 3D color Doppler energy(3D-CDE) in differentiating malignant from benign bone tumors. Methods: To compare the results of 3D-CDE with pathological findings in 56 patients with bone tumors. Results: The pathological findings showed that 27 cases were malignant and 29 cases were benign. The 3D-CDE features of benign cases were no blood flow within most of the lesion 82.8%(24/29) while in most malignant cases these were rich blood flow within the lesion 77.8%(21/27), in which irregularly circuitous blood vessels could be seen. Conclusion: 3D-CDE is valuable in differentiating malignant bone tumors from benign ones and estimating the blood flow of tumors.
