摘要
目的：观察高强度聚焦超声对晚期恶性肿瘤的减症作用及近期疗效。方法：采用上海爱申公司的HIFUNIT 9000超声聚焦治疗仪，对87例晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行治疗，评估该方法止痛等减症作用、临床获益及近期疗效。结果：87例中86.2%（75例）腹痛、压迫等症状得到不同程度的缓解，近期临床获益明显，其中2例病灶部分缓解；超声检查90.8%（79例）的患者治疗区域肿瘤组织回声增强，部分患者超声造影显示治疗区域血供消失，增强CT显示部分肿瘤内部坏死。副作用极小，主要为治疗过程中轻度的皮肤灼伤及腰背部疼痛。结论：聚焦超声对晚期恶性实体瘤具有局部疗效确切、副作用微小的优势，尤其适用于晚期放化疗无效及体能评分差的患者的减症治疗。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy and clinical benefits of the high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in the advanced solid malignant tumors. Methods: Eighty-seven patients with advanced solid malignant tumor were treated with HIFU. Results: Clinical symptoms such as pain were significantly alleviated. The pain relief rate was 86.2%(75/87 cases). Two of the patients got partial response. Echo of tumor was enhanced with ultrasound, necrosis was found in the tumors with CT, the quality of life such as eating, sleeping and mental status was all markedly improved. The side effects were lumbago and slight skin burn. No serious complications were seen. Conclusion: Therapy of HIFU is an effective and safe treatment of the advanced solid cancer. It can relieve pain quickly and safely.
