摘要
目的:探讨应用血管回声跟踪技术(Echo-tracking,ET)评价肾移植患者颈总动脉弹性变化的临床意义。方法:应用ET技术检查91例肾移植患者及60例同期健康人,评价其颈总动脉弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)。结果:肾移植术后组颈总动脉Ep、β、及AC等各项指标与对照组比较均有明显差异,同时肾移植术后非高血压组较高血压组颈总动脉弹性有明显改善。结论:ET技术有助于早期发现及定量分析肾移植患者动脉血管内皮功能的改变,肾移植术后应严格控制血压,减少心血管危险因素。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of echo-tracking(ET) technology in evaluating vascular function of kidney transplant patients. Methods: Using ET technique, the carotid elastic index Ep, β, AC in 91 kidney transplant patients and 60 normal adults were calculated and analyzed. Results: Compared with normal adults, the carotid artery Ep, β, and AC of transplant patients were different. There was difference between kidney transplant patients with and without hypertension. Conclusions: The carotid artery elasticity was decreased in kidney transplant patients, espespecially with hypertension, so that ET can be used to detect arterial elasticity early and may assess it quantitatively.
