摘要
目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）经会阴入射治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：应用HIFU对18例前列腺增生症患者经会阴入射治疗，治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月进行随访和超声检查，评价HIFU治疗效果。结果：治疗后超声检查前列腺体积缩小不明显（P＞0.05），IPSS评分、尿流率、残余尿量等各项指标均较治疗前有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月的IPSS评分、残余尿量、尿流率等各项指标之间的个性指标相比无显著差异性（P＞0.05）。结论：HIFU经会阴入射治疗前列腺增生症创伤小、安全、副作用小，临床症状均有不同程度的改善，疗效较稳定。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) through perineum. Methods: The clinical effect of 18 cases of BPH treated by HIFU through perineum were observed and follow-up visit and ultrasonic inspection at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were performed. Results: The volume of prostate had no significant change after treatment(P>0.05). Each index of IPSS score, uro-flow rate and residual urine volume was statistically different from prior treatment(P<0.05) but each index at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months had no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusions: HIFU through perineum for BPH has the advantage of microtrauma, safe and less side effect with stable curative effect. There are different extent of improvement in clinical symptoms.
