摘要
目的:1992年美国放射学会制定了乳腺影像学报告及数据系统(Breast imaging reporting and data system,BI-RADS),2003年第四版修订时包括了超声诊断(BI-RADS-US)。本文旨在探讨BI-RADS-US在乳腺肿块超声鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声研究71例88灶乳腺肿块的超声改变,然后用BI-RADS-US标准进行鉴别和分级(0~6级),与其病理诊断结果对照。结果:经手术病理证实为恶性者39灶、良性肿瘤49灶。根据BI-RADS-US标准和分级,Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级共有48灶,与病理结果符合者为44灶(91.7%);Ⅴ级有30灶,与病理符合者为29灶(96.7%);Ⅳ级有10灶。结论:BI-RADS-US在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断方面的应用有较高的敏感性。
