摘要

目的：评价MRI脉搏波传导速度（PWV）法在观察高血压患者主动脉顺应性变化中的有效性。方法：对43例高血压患者和31例正常志愿者进行升主动脉起始部和腹主动脉远端MR相位对比电影法扫描，生成时间-速度曲线，并计算PWV。结果：高血压组PWV较正常人增快，主动脉顺应性降低；MRI PWV法可重复性高（r1=0.90、r2=0.85）。结论：MRI PWV法可作为监测高血压主动脉顺应性变化的手段。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate aortic compliance in essential hypertension by MRI pulse wave velocity(PWV). Methods: Forty-three patients with essential hypertension and 31 normal volunteers(ascending aorta, abdominal aorta) were measured by MR cine phase-contrast. We got the time-velocity curves and PWV. Results: the PWV of essential hypertension is faster than normal volunteers. There were high repetition(r1=0.90, r2=0.85) measured with method of MRI PWV. Conclusion: MRI PWV can be used as a better means to observe the changes of aortic compliance.
