摘要
目的:探讨125I放射性粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)伴肺不张中PET-CT对肿瘤靶区定位的价值。方法:2006年5月~2009年12月随机选择26例晚期NSCLC合并肺不张患者植入前分别行PET-CT检查,将PET-CT及与其对应的CT图像分别输入计划系统(Treatment plan system,TPS)进行放射治疗剂量计算,将所得靶区体积(Gross tumor volume,GTV)及计划粒子数进行比较。然后做CT引导下经皮穿刺125I粒子植入治疗。结果: PET-CT组和CT组肺癌GTV分别为(51.03±16.02)cm3,(58.10±19.11)cm3,两组应植入粒子数分别为43.88±12.30个和49.46±14.74个,PET-CT组GTV较CT组GTV体积减少12.17%,植入粒子数减少11.28%(P<0.001)。结论:应用PET-CT在NSCLC 125I放射性粒子植入治疗术前肿瘤靶区定位方面较CT更加准确。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the location value of PET-CT in 125I seeds permanent braehytherapy treatment for non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) patients. Methods: From 26 patients with NSCLC underwent whole body PET-CT scans, PET-CT and CT images were input into the treatment plan system(TPS), radiotheapy dose were calculated, compared with gross tumor volume and the numbers of 125I seeds. Results: The gross tumor volume, the mean number of seeds were (51.03±16.02)cm3, 43.88±12.30, in PET-CT group and (58.10±19.11)cm3, 49.46±14.74 respectively, in CT group, gross tumor volume of PET-CT group reduced 12.17%, number of seeds reduced 11.28%(P<0.001). Conclusion: PET-CT is more accurate than CT alone in the assessment of the radiation target volume for NSCLC patients.
