摘要
目的：利用CT研究壮族成人颅面骨的结构特征。方法：通过对100名广西壮族与100名当地汉族成人行头颅CT扫描，三维CT重建后测量，获得颅面骨相关数据，相互比较。结果：100名壮族成人颅面骨男女间有性别差异；与当地100名汉族人相比，壮族人具有颧骨宽大、突出特征，而其他特征不明显。结论：广西壮族人颅面骨CT测量Tz1-Tz1’，Tz2-Tz2’，∠Tz1-Go-Me显著大于广西汉族正常成人，能够准确反映广西壮族人颧骨突出的形态学特征并区别于当地汉族人。
Abstract
Objective: To study the characteristics of craniofacial bone of Zhuang people by CT. Methods: The craniofacial bones of 100 Zhuang people and 100 Han people were scanned by spiral CT. Three-dimensional reconstructed image and three-dimensional measurement were performed. All data was compared between different peoples. Results: The results showed defference between male and female in the 100 Zhuang people. Compared with Han people, Zhuang people has their facial characteristics, such as wider and higher cheek bone. No specific features in the other parts. Conclusions: The measurement of the Guangxi Zhuang people’s craniofacial bone, such as Tz1-Tz1’, Tz2-Tz2’, angle Tz1-Go-Me were significantly greater than those of the Guangxi Han people, which can accurately reflect the Guangxi Zhuang people cheekbones prominent, morphological features and help to distinguish from the local Han people.
