摘要
目的:探讨腹部脂肪分布与糖尿病的相关性。方法:将研究对象分为两组,病例组176例,其中Ⅰ型糖尿病92例,Ⅱ型糖尿病84例。对照组为健康体检者50例。分析Ⅰ型糖尿病、Ⅱ糖尿病及对照组腹部脂肪含量(TA)、腹腔脂肪含量(VA)、腹壁脂肪含量(SA)、VA/SA、体质量指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、胆固醇(Tch)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)的差异性及其与糖尿病的相关性。结果:Ⅰ型糖尿病与Ⅱ糖尿病间TA、VA、SA、VA/SA、BMI、TG、HDL有显著性差异,Tch、LDL无显著性差异;TA、VA、SA、VA/SA与Ⅰ型糖尿病、Ⅱ型糖尿病发病呈正相关;Ⅰ型糖尿病VA与HDL呈负相关,与BMI、AGE呈正相关,SA与BMI、SEX呈正相关;Ⅱ型糖尿病SA与TG、SEX呈正相关,VA与BMI、AGE、TG呈正相关。结论:利用CT技术测量腹部脂肪含量,方法简便可靠;腹部脂肪含量与糖尿病发病呈正相关,且不同类型糖尿病其腹部脂肪含量相关因素又有所不同,这对临床制订个性化的治疗方案具有一定的指导作用。
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the correlation of the abdominal fat distribution and diabetes mellitus. Methods: The research objects were divided into two groups: group one included 176 cases, in which there were 92 cases of type Ⅰ diabetes and 84 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes. The control group included 50 cases of healthy people. The differences of totally abdominal fat content(TA), visceral adiposity(VA), superficial adiposity(SA), VA/SA, body mass index(BMI), triglycerides(TG), high-density lipoprotein(HDL) cholesterol, total cholesterol(Tch), low density lipoprotein(LDL) among type Ⅰ diabetes group, type Ⅱ diabetes group and control group and the correlations of these parameters were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in TA, VA, SA, VA/SA, BMI, TG and HDL between type Ⅰ diabetes and type Ⅱ diabetes. No significant differences of Tch and LDL were found. TA, VA, SA and VA/SA were positively correlated with the onset of type I and type Ⅱ diabetes. In type Ⅰ diabetes, VA was negatively correlated with HDL, but positively correlated with BMI and AGE. SA was positively correlated with BMI and SEX. In type Ⅱ diabetes, SA was positively associated with TG and SEX, while VA was positively correlated with BMI, AGE and TG. Conclusion: The technology of CT measurement of abdominal fat content is simple and reliable. Abdominal fat content was positively associated with diabetes onset, and abdominal fat content of different types of diabetes have different factors related, which is of certain guidance for making personalized treatment.
