摘要

目的：调查术前CT血管成像（CTA）穿支动脉设计在股前外侧穿支皮瓣（Anterolateral thigh perforator flap, ALTPF）移植中的实用性和可靠性。方法：回顾性分析2008—2012年32例股前外侧穿支皮瓣移植患者的手术和CTA资料。按照是否应用术前CTA穿支动脉设计分为设计组（n=16）和对照组（n=16），对比手术中供区位置改变情况、移植皮瓣并发症、供区发病率、再次手术率等指标。结果：设计组发生移植皮瓣并发症的数量较对照组明显减少（P＜0.05），术中改变供区位置和供区发病率，再次手术率两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。32例患者中，皮瓣存活率为96.88%（31/32）。结论：依靠CTA提供术前穿支动脉设计对ALTPF移植是一个可靠实用的方法，可提高手术安全性，减少并发症的发生。
