摘要

目的:探讨三维超声诊断胎儿重复肾畸形的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2011年7月—2012年7月经产前超声诊断的14胎重复肾胎儿,对畸形肾脏的三维图像进行分析,从而探讨三维超声技术对胎儿重复肾的应用价值。结果:14例胎儿均能获得重复肾三维图像,这些三维图像所包含的信息内容远多于单一二维图像所能获得信息,且均经尸检、胎儿MRI检查及生后超声证实。结论:三维超声与二维超声相比可更直观地显示胎儿重复肾畸形的解剖结构,对胎儿重复肾畸形的诊断具有重要价值。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication. Methods: Retrospective analysis 14 fetuses with fetal renal duplication from 2011 July to 2012 July, and analyze the three-dimensional image of deformity kidney, so as to explore the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound for fetal renal duplication. Results: All 14 cases of fetal renal duplication can obtain 3D image, the three-dimensional image contains more information than a single 2D image contains. The diagnosis of all fetuses were confirmed by autopsy, fetal MRI examination and postnatal renal ultrasound. Conclusions: Three-dimensional ultrasound could directly display the anatomy of fetal renal duplication deformity compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, and has important value in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication.
