肺动脉吊带的产前超声特征及三血管气管－肺动脉分叉切面的应用（附3例报告并文献复习）

摘要

目的：了解胎儿肺动脉吊带（PAS）的特征性超声声像图，并探讨三血管气管－肺动脉分叉切面在诊断PAS中的应用。方法：我院超声科2010年5月—2015年6月共诊断2例胎儿期PAS，产前漏诊1例。回顾性分析3例PAS的产前超声影像资料，总结其声像特征。结果：产前2例PAS均诊断正确，于三血管气管－肺动脉分叉切面显示左肺动脉起始于右肺动脉，并绕行于气管后方，之后向左进入左肺。左肺动脉、右肺动脉与动脉导管形成血管环包绕气管。产前漏诊1例资料显示右室流出道切面未观察肺动脉分支。结论：PAS在产前可作出明确诊断；三血管气管－肺动脉分叉切面显示左肺动脉起始于右肺动脉并于气管后方走行是胎儿PAS的特征性声像图。
