摘要

目的:探讨孤立性纤维性肿瘤(SFT)的CT表现,旨在提高对本病的认识。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的8例SFT患者的影像学及临床资料。所有患者均行CT平扫、增强及后处理成像。观察肿瘤的部位、形态、大小、密度、强化方式、与邻近组织的关系。结果:8例SFT患者中,均为单发,胸部4例(胸腔1例,中纵隔1例,右肺斜裂1例,右上肺1例),腹部4例(腹腔3例,肾1例),5例呈椭圆形,3例形态不规则,最大径约2.9~18.6 cm。平扫密度不均匀6例,其中4例可见斑点状钙化。增强7例呈不均匀强化,其中4例见多发片状无强化区,实性部分呈结节/斑块状/地图样强化,4例可见点线样血管影,1例无强化。结论:SFT的影像学表现有一定的特征性,CT检查对胸腹部SFT的诊断及鉴别诊断有价值。
