摘要

目的:探讨经腹联合经阴道超声检查在诊断早孕期联体双胎的意义。方法:回顾性分析5例在我院早孕期诊断为联体双胎的病例,选择经腹超声检查判断绒毛膜性和羊膜性,经阴道超声检查判断联体双胎融合部位。结果:早孕期联体双胎5例中,4例胸腹融合,1例腹壁融合,5例联体双胎均引产,引产后病理结果与产前超声诊断一致。结论:经腹联合经阴道超声检查在早孕期诊断联体双胎准确可靠。
