摘要

目的：探讨儿童肾透明细胞肉瘤（CCSK）的CT影像特点，为其鉴别诊断和制定治疗方案提供参考。方法：搜集我院2012年9月—2017年5月经手术病理结果证实且有术前CT平扫及增强图像的CCSK患儿共11例，其中男9例，女2例，年龄2月~4岁。结果：肿瘤血供丰富，强化较明显（程度31~55 HU），动脉期多发扭曲细小血管影9例（81.8%），实质期“虎斑样”改变8例（72.7%）；转移较常见（7例），NWTSG分期以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期居多，其中腹膜后淋巴结转移4例，下腔静脉内瘤栓3例，骨转移1例，肺转移2例，肝转移1例。结论：CCSK在影像学表现上具有一定特点，CT增强动脉期多发扭曲小血管影、实质期“虎斑样”改变及早期肾外转移是诊断CCSK的重要影像征象。
