摘要
目的:总结流行性出血热(EHF)的CT表现及临床应用价值。材料和方法:搜集38例经临床确诊并行SCT扫描的EHF,临床分型:重型11例,中型22例,轻型5例。对照临床对其CT表现进行分析和总结。结果:双肾明显肿胀26例,全部为中、重型;双肾无明显肿胀12例,其中包含5例轻型。38例EHF中肾包膜下出血2例,肾周积液10例,有腹水的为16例,胸腔积液16例,另外还有肺出血1例、肺水肿2例、肺不张1例、胰腺轻度肿胀2例。结论:通过对EHF病人进行CT检查,可快速准确了解相关脏器改变,及时发现病变,准确判断病情严重程度,以制定正确的治疗方案,赢得宝贵治疗时间,使影像学在EHF诊断方面发挥重要作用。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the CT features of epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) and its clinical application. Materials and Methods: Thirty-eight patients were confirmed by clinical practice and CT were performed in all cases. They are divided into 11 severe cases, 22 medium severe cases, 5 mild cases clinically. The CT imaging data were analysed and summarized. Results: There were 26 cases, whose kidneys on both sides were swelling obviously, they are all medium severe or severe patients. There were 12 cases in whom both kidneys were not obviously swelling, all 5 mild cases were in this group. In all the 38 patients, renal subcapsular hemorrhage were seen in 2 cases, perirenal fluid collection in 10 cases, seroperitoneum in 16 cases, hydrothorax in 16 cases, pneumonorrhagia 1 case, pulmonary edema in 2 cases, atelectasis 1 case. Conclusion: CT could accurately and promptly display the changes of relative viscera. CT could provide valuable information for the early diagnosis and evaluate the treatment of EHF. It might play an important role in the diagnosis of EHF.
