摘要
目的:探讨巨大多房囊性肾瘤的CT特征与巨大肾癌类肿瘤的CT鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的3例巨大多房囊性肾瘤和13例巨大肾癌类肿瘤的CT资料。结果:巨大多房囊性肾瘤CT表现是肿瘤壁完整,内为多房样囊肿和分隔组成。巨大肾癌类肿瘤主要CT表现以破坏肾实质为主。结论:巨大多房囊性肾瘤呈多房样囊性改变排列有序,囊壁清晰光滑无结节,与正常肾组织边界清楚。而巨大肾癌类肿瘤,因肿瘤巨大瘤内多发大的坏死囊变区,与残存正常肾组织分界不清,是与巨大多房囊性肾瘤的鉴别要点。
Abstract
Objective: To explore CT features of the vast multilocular cystic nephroma and carcinoma of kidney and their differential diagnosis. Methods: Three cases of vast multilocular cystic nephroma and 13 cases of carcinoma of kidney were retrospectively analyzed by comparing the imaging of CT findings with surgical operation. Results: All the vast multilocular cystic nephromas were entirely composed of locules and septa without solid nodules. Carcinoma of kidney mostly destroyed the renal parenchyma. Conclusion: Vast multilocular cystic nephroma is multilocular cysts and is arranged in order, the septa is smooth and with very clear border. Vast carcinoma of kidney do have clear border with no intact renal parenchyma, liquifiction, necrosis and cystic formation are the features of CT imaging. These are the main features which can be distinguished from the vast multilocular cystic nephroma.
