摘要

目的：探讨B超及CT在非典型急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析2008年3月~2009年2月我院43例非典型急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料，术前均进行B超及CT检查，比较两种检查方法在非典型急性阑尾炎诊断中的准确率。结果：B超诊断非典型急性阑尾炎的灵敏性为46.5%，特异性为90.9%；CT诊断的灵敏性和特异性分别为90.7%和86.4%。结论：CT诊断非典型急性阑尾炎的灵敏性高于B超，而两者诊断的特异性无明显差异。
