摘要

目的：探讨二维超声筛查结合四维表面成像对孕11～13+6周胎儿体表结构异常的诊断价值。方法：对1 187例孕11～13+6周胎儿利用常规超声进行NT筛查时，发现胎儿体表结构异常者再应用四维超声表面成像法进行观察，检查结果与胎儿引产结果进行对照。结果：胎儿体表结构异常12例，均经胎儿引产后证实，与产前超声诊断结果符合。结论：二维超声检查联合四维表面成像在孕11～13+6周胎儿体表结构异常诊断中具有重要的应用价值。
